Mieszam od czasu do czasu przez 20 minut, tak aby ryż był miękki ale ciągle dało się czuć że coś się gryzie ;).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial";">1. Masło rozpuszczam, studzę, a następnie mieszam z pokruszonymi ciastkami. Całość ugniatam na dnie formy o średnicy 20 cm.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "arial";">2. Do miski dodaję ser philadelphia, cukier puder, śmietanę oraz mąkę. Mieszam łyżką na jednolitą masę.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "arial";">3. Następnie dodaję jajka i miksuję aż wszystkie składniki dobrze się połączą. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: "arial";">4. Ciasto wlewam do formy. Potrząsam formę aby wyrównać ciasto na wierzchu. Na koniec palcem delikatnie dotykam powierzchni ciasta aby usunąć pęcherzyki powietrza co sprawi że po wyjęciu z piekarnika będzie mieć idealnie płaski wierzch.</span><br />

W czasie smażenia nie ruszamy ryby ani patelni ponieważ to spowoduje że woda z ryby wyparuje i skóra przyklei się do patelni. </span></div>

Mieszaj łyżką aż powstanie gładka masa.</span><br />

Im ciasto rzadsze tym lepsze, nie podsypuj dużo mąki do ugniatania. Na tym etapie nie można dodać już wody. Odstaw gałki na 10-15 min, przykryj ściereczką.</span><br />
